Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of insurance agents.

Ensure high levels of satisfaction among customers and provide exceptional support to agents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a must.
At least 1 year of field sales experience in any industry.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; adept at negotiation and problem-solving.
Ownership of a bike and a valid driver's license.
