The IT Admin Assistant role in Bangalore at Vontier involves overseeing daily IT admin tasks locally and globally, ensuring smooth operation. Reporting to the VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations, this position is crucial for Vontier's IT functionality. Responsibilities include:
- Managing IT communications worldwide
- Handling Vontier IT invoicing
- Organizing global IT meetings
- Supporting the IT Leadership team
- Managing office tasks in Bangalore

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Draft and deliver IT communications
- Assist the IT Leadership Team
- Manage vendor relationships
- Handle invoice administration
- Manage office security access
- Arrange virtual meetings and office logistics
- Coordinate global team collaboration

WHO YOU ARE
REQUIRED
- Relevant education or equivalent experience
- 5 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills

PREFERRED
- Degree qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
