Overview:TheAdministrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring thesmooth operation of the office providing support to staff andmaintaining efficient office procedures. They are responsible forvarious administrative tasks that contribute to the organizationssuccess.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Organize andschedule appointments
  • Assist in the preparationof regularly scheduled reports andpresentations
  • Develop and maintain a filingsystem
  • Order office supplies and research newdeals and suppliers
  • Maintain contactlists
  • Provide general support tovisitors
  • Act as the point of contact forinternal and external clients
  • Produce anddistribute correspondence memos letters faxes andforms
  • Support and facilitate the completion ofregular reports
  • Conductresearch
  • Book travelarrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expensereports
  • Coordinate and organizemeetings
  • Uphold a strict level ofconfidentiality
  • Assist in the preparation ofregularly scheduled reports andpresentations
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven experience asan administrative assistant or office adminassistant
  • Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures
  • Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills
  • Strongorganizational and planning skills
  • Proficientin MS Office
  • At least 2 years of experience inthe field or in a related area
  • Ability toresourcefully solve problemsindependently
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize daily workload
  • High level ofintegrity and professionalism
  • Ability to handlesensitive information and maintainconfidentiality
  • Associates Degree or equivalentwork experience
  • Strong customer serviceorientation
  • Ability to work well underpressure
  • Knowledge of office management systemsandprocedures
