Job Overview:We are in search of a highly driven Real Estate Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with finalizing deals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.If you have a solid track record of sales achievements in real estate and possess exceptional negotiation skills, we want to get in touch with you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with potential clients and leads to grasp their real estate requirements.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Carry out negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Finalize sales transactions, ensuring all essential paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
    • Utilize market insights to effectively position our properties and handle client inquiries.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Define and meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
    • Develop and execute efficient sales strategies to foster business expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of 10-12 years as a Real Estate Sales Closer.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Preferably located in Western Suburbs.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and closing acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
