JobDescription:

We are seeking adynamic and experienced Closing/Sourcing Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the closingprocess and sourcing new opportunities to expand our real estateportfolio. This role requires a detailoriented individual withstrong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the realestate market.

Responsibilities:

  • ClosingManagement:
    • Overseethe entire closing process for real estate transactions ensuringtimely completion and accuracy of all documentation.
    • Coordinate with attorneys lenders and other partiesinvolved in the closing process to resolve any issues and ensure asmooth closing experience for clients.
    • Reviewclosing documents and contracts to ensure compliance with legal andregulatory requirements.
  • SourcingOpportunities:
    • Identify and evaluate potential real estate investmentopportunities including properties for sale development projectsand joint ventures.
    • Conduct market researchand analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability ofpotential investments.
    • Build and maintainrelationships with real estate brokers property owners and otherindustry professionals to source new opportunities.
  • Negotiation and DueDiligence:
    • Negotiatepurchase agreements contracts and other legal documents related toreal estate transactions.
    • Perform duediligence on potential acquisitions including financial analysisproperty inspections and environmental assessments.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risk andmake informed investment decisions.
  • PortfolioManagement:
    • Monitorthe performance of existing real estate investments includingrental income expenses and property values.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize theperformance of the real estate portfolio and maximize returns forinvestors.
    • Prepare regular reports and updateson the status of real estate investments for senior management andinvestors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate FinanceBusiness Administration or related field. Masters degreepreferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience inreal estate closing sourcing or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law finance andmarket dynamics.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in real estate analysis software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
