We are hiring for Closing Manager/Sourcing Manager/Pre Sales Manager

Location-Sanpada,Navi MumbaiOnly Real estate experience candidate can apply

Requirement-Real Estate Knowledge:
A strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and legal requirements

Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is highly desirable

Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance in the closing process

Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the closing process

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Technology Proficiency:
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate transactions and document management

Customer Service:
A focus on providing exceptional customer service to clients

Legal Compliance:
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure transactions are in compliance with these requirements

Team Player:
Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
