About the role:
  • The incumbent will report to the Corporate Ops Risk Manager for the development and deployment of risk activities related to Business Continuity Management.
  • Monitor and collect inputs from key bank functions for Business Impact Analysis (BIA).

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage Business Continuity Management, including drafting, updating policies, stakeholder management, and preparation of BIAs.
  • Provide training, identify gaps in resilience plans, stay updated on regulations, and handle regulatory exams.
  • Interact with internal customers, conduct BCP simulations, and implement Internal Audit and RBI recommendations.
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments, develop training modules, attend external programs, and certifications on risk management.

Requirements:
  • MBA or Graduate with 6-8 years of Risk Management experience and 3+ years in Business Resilience.
  • Functional skills in Risk Management, microfinance, retail banking operations, and knowledge of RBI policies.
  • Behavioral skills like teamwork, attention to detail, communication, and integrity.

Competencies:
  • Take lead on activities, exceptional interpersonal skills, collaborative, relationship management, and strong planning and organizing abilities.
