You'll be responsible for crafting and executing high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns for our fashion and e-commerce clients.
As a strategic partner, you'll work closely with client teams to understand their unique goals and develop data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing plans for assigned D2 C fashion and e-commerce clients across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to identify key target segments and inform campaign strategies.Build, manage, and optimize engaging ad creatives (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform's specifications.
Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting for maximum impact.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and generate insightful reports to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms to ensure our clients leverage the most effective strategies.
Manage client budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in D2 C performance marketing with a proven track record of success in scaling fashion and/or e-commerce brands.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling across platforms.
A deep understanding of the D2 C e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior within the fashion industry.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of digital advertising.
Bonus Points:
Experience with additional marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, influencer marketing).
Experience with marketing automation tools and data visualization platforms.
