Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns as needed.
  • Direct Sales Focus: Implement strategies that convert website visitors into paying customers.
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys to maximize conversion rates.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience and drive direct sales.
  • Remarketing: Create and manage remarketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
  • Tailor messaging to re-engage potential customers who have shown interest in our products/services.
  • Audience Targeting: Define and refine audience segments based on demographics, behavior, and intent.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM systems to identify high-potential audiences.
  • Performance Analytics: Regularly analyze campaign performance, A/B test results, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing assets with performance goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
