Position: Trainee CRM - Collections/Finance

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

  • Customer Centric
  • Handling 1st level escalations
  • Managing Collections & Documentations
  • Sending payment reminders by monitoring the due age
  • Handling Audit compliance

Job Responsibilities

  • Payment Follow Ups & Achieving the given Targets
  • Preparation of collection report/ projection report
  • communication to customers on Agreements, Demands, Registrations etc..,
  • Coordinating with Banks for payments & documentations
  • Serving the customers and resolving the queries within TAT
  • Handling Registration process

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification Required: Graduates preferably degree in finance.
  • Experience : Freshers
  • Soft Skill / Computer Silks Required : Communication & Listening Skills

Pay Scale: 22k CTC + Other Benefits
