BangaloreRole: The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of Corporate Customers in South India availing Chai Point Brewing Solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer lifecycle to ensure a delightful experience.
- Identifying growth opportunities within the existing clientele by offering Chai Point brewing solutions at their current and upcoming locations.
- Educating customers on new product additions.
- Resolving customer issues by collaborating with various departments.
- Coordinating with the Finance team for Invoicing, Payments & reconciliation, aiming to keep Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) under 45 days.
- Addressing customer requirements promptly.
- Upholding Customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensuring quick resolution of customer problems and complaints to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior customer experiences.

Visiting all clients regularly for direct engagement.Exposure:

- Engaging with large global accounts in India.
- Connecting with HR & Admin Heads of organizations with Regional & National presence.
- Interacting with CFOs, Finance controllers, and other Finance team leaders at client organizations.
- Working closely with department heads and teams in varied capacities.

Exposure towards process improvementMust Have:

- Previous experience in managing large accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 4+ years of B2B Sales & Relationship Management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously effectively.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management.
- Experience in handling Invoicing disputes and Payment follow-ups.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork.
