Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Drive Project management in planning, scheduling, and tracking analytics projects, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate project resources by managing schedules, tracking resource utilization, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Generate regular status updates and assist with project reports.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a communication liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clarity and alignment regarding project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Risk Monitoring: identifying project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
  • Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and assisting in the development of project management best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role within a data analytics or technology environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet,Jira) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective coordination between project stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build relationships to ensure project success.
