Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter specializing in white-collar hiring to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a passion for connecting people with their ideal jobs, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes efficiently.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive practices to inform recruitment strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws and regulations.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in white-collar hiring.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
