Job Overview: Join us as a Talent Sourcer at STEPS As a Talent Seeker, you'll be tasked with sourcing top-tier candidates for various IT and ERP positions. Role Summary: We need a skilled Sourcer to enhance our recruiting team. Your mission: spot top technical talent and cultivate candidate pipelines. As a seasoned sourcer and team collaborator, you're pivotal in proactively identifying and interacting with prospective candidates, all while upholding our company values.

Requirements:

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and great at time management
  • Independent worker and team player in fast-paced settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Understanding of technical roles and their necessary skills

Main Duties:

  • Source candidates via various platforms like job boards and social media
  • Review resumes to spot suitable candidates
  • Initiate contact and communicate with potential candidates
  • Build and sustain a pool of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads for candidate submissions and quality checks
