Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Vadodara campus. The Centre Manager will be responsible for:

Sales Strategy Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Marketing Funnels:
  • Design and manage marketing funnels to attract and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns.
  • Track and optimise the performance of marketing initiatives.

P&L Management:

  • Oversee the financial performance of the Vadodara campus.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
  • Operations Management:
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the campus.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage campus facilities, resources, and staff effectively.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the campus team to achieve their best.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Previous experience in managing an offline education centre, college, or university is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and P&L oversight.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
