- This is an ownership role and is suited for high achievers and go-getters.
- Take ownership of the entire sales of Hot Delivery Bags nationally.
- Set the sales and marketing strategy and execute it. (Incentives upon completions)
- Take ownership of the sales process and create a team of customer champions.
- Take ownership of the Client Database and streamline the sales process.
- Retain and expand business with key accounts.
- Acquire new customers and grow potential large customers into large accounts, without losing focus on incremental sales to smaller accounts.
- Gain technical knowledge of the products, understand the customer requirement, and provide products and solutions to the customers accordingly.
- Build the foundation to manage massive growth.
- Build new Distributor channels and segments.
- Manage Inside Sales and setup framework to build a continuous sales pipeline
- P/L responsibility for the business line
