Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role focuses on maximizing eCommerce sales, profitability, and brand equity through managing and executing various tasks including:

  • Building, enhancing, and creating merchandise processes, reports, and tools to support the Merchandise Planning team.
  • Monitoring in-season article reporting and trading to ensure category and product performance meets expectations.
  • Developing financial plans at a category and business segment level.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and provide documentation for inventory flow planning meetings.
  • Provide insights and updates to eCommerce teams and buying teams.
  • Track and analyze sales plans vs actuals and make recommendations.
  • Manage and improve data requirements for tools and reports.
  • Forecast planning on a business unit level.
  • Update category reports to influence markdown strategy.
  • Build and manage merchandise plans considering product mix.
  • Provide insights for eCommerce channels in coordination with buying teams.
  • Support product planning systems enhancement for buying practices.
  • Drive eCommerce capacity planning for all Emerging Market countries.
  • Provide insights to influence the integrated business planning process.
  • Propose changes in processes to enhance consumer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Structured, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems.
  • Data visualization experience is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in business, sales, or finance.
  • 6-8 years of experience in merchandising or related functions.
  • eCom experience is beneficial.
  • Functional awareness of Operations and Finance.
