Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Hawk Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, team management, and overall branding initiatives.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to drive the company's marketing objectives and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business goals. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Branding Initiatives: Drive branding efforts to enhance our market presence and brand equity. Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and inform strategic decisions. Identify trends and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting and maximum engagement.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and supports our marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the web design, UX, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand management.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the ecommerce industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms.
(Note:
Prior experience in the sports fantasy and gaming industry is preferred.)
