We seek an experienced and dynamic resource in Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives, ultimately driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Help in the executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.2.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.3.

Product Marketing:
Help in product marketing initiatives, including product launches, positioning, messaging, and collateral development. Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and target markets.4.

Digital Marketing:
Oversee and monitor digital marketing activities, including social media management, influencer campaigns, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website optimisation. Monitor digital analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.5.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively to stakeholders.6.

Brand Management:
Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging, visual elements, and customer experiences. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and channels.7.

Event Management:
Planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and engage with customers. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.8.

Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI. Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field, with a focus on product marketing and brand management.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.5. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
