Job Description:

We're in search of a skilled Content / Creative Manager to join our lively team at Hawk Ecommerce. The perfect candidate will handle the creation and management of captivating ad creatives and graphic designs that align with our marketing plans. This role calls for a mix of creative content skills and strategic thinking to drive high engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Content Creation: Develop and implement creative content for various digital platforms, ensuring it matches the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Ad Creative Management: Produce high-quality ad creatives that effectively grab the target audience's attention and boost engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for web, social media, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Content Strategy: Devise content strategies that back marketing campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and conversion optimization.
  • Micro-Audience Targeting: Tailor content and messages for different audience segments to ensure maximum relevance and impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, web design, and UX teams to ensure a consistent approach to content and creative execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and ad creatives, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and ad creative management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Great understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prior experience in the sports fantasy and gaming industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
