Job Description

Preferred Candidates from - Hospitality / QSR / Real estate / Facility Management industry only.

Job Purpose - Act as advisors who act as key relationship managers for the Segment, leading the development of people strategy aligned with business & group strategy. Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive Talent Development initiatives, ensuring business growth through new contracts by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Client Management.

  • Drive the complete People agenda for the Dimension, supporting leadership with Talent management and Career development for teams/ identified resources.
  • Identify critical/key talent and assist in developing and implementing ongoing employee development, calibration, and succession planning processes within set timelines.
  • Act as a change catalyst to enhance employee engagement, fostering effective partnerships with employees and managers to instigate organizational and cultural shifts for a positive working environment.
  • Collaborate with the business for strategic people decisions, aligning people plan outcomes to enhance organizational effectiveness and establishing relevant org structures.
  • Support business growth through partnerships with the Business Development team, working with regional teams in new/existing bids to design competitive labor costs.
  • Engage with clients during bids/RFP stages, representing Sodexo as an HR spokesperson.
  • Provide assistance to operational/regional HR teams for client interactions regarding ongoing accounts and specific demands as needed.
  • Inform stakeholders on HR trends and align HR policies and processes for better business outcomes.
  • Manage risks by overseeing adherence to governance procedures and regulatory compliance related to human resources.
  • Optimize HR delivery resources and coordinate delivery across businesses and Divisions to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee hiring processes, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team for key role placements based on business forecasts and facilitating onboarding/induction processes.
  • Drive organizational results through effective partnerships at various levels within the organization, leveraging influential skills for success.
