- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in channel sales management, focusing on the Indian market.
- Proven track record in developing successful channel partner relationships across diverse regions.
- Deep understanding of industrial automation products such as VFDs, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, PLCs, HMIs, and IIoT solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel extensively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop PAN-India channel partner strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners with a focus on industrial automation.
- Oversee onboarding process for new partners ensuring knowledge and resources.
- Provide training programs for partners on automation products and sales strategies.
- Support partners with technical assistance, marketing materials, and lead generation.
- Monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies.
- Review partner business plans for growth and new customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute yearly partner meets to engage and motivate partners.
- Develop PAN-India partner programs including incentives and marketing initiatives.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on partner performance and market trends.
- Analyze partner performance for yearly achievements with a partner reward program.
