The role requires someone with a strong background in employee relations, HR compliance, and operational tasks within an HR framework.Qualifications and SkillsBusiness Partner Support (Mandatory skill)Proven experience in employee relations, including developing and maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organization.In-depth understanding of HR compliance to ensure that the company adheres to all internal and external legal and regulatory HR standards.Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve issues within the workplace in a fair and timely manner.Knowledge of HR policies to effectively communicate, implement, and maintain them within the organization.Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR operations.Proficiency in generating reports and presenting HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making processes.Strong HR operations skills to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of HR activities in a strategic manner.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with various departments to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.Manage employee relations by addressing staff concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, keeping abreast of any changes in legal standards.Provide conflict resolution support, mediating disputes and guiding managers and employees through the resolution process.Adopt, implement, and maintain HR policies to ensure consistency and transparency in HR practices.Utilize HRIS for efficient data management and to support the entire HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.Generate meaningful HR reports and analyses to inform organizational strategy and improve HR processes.Oversee HR operations to enhance the employee experience and ensure the smooth functioning of HR services and processes.
