DIE AUFGABE:

Als Director Sales tragen Sie die entscheidende Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung umfassender globaler Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien für die spezialisierten Pumpenproduktlinien in industriellen Prozessumgebungen aus Kunststoff und Metall. Ihr Hauptziel besteht darin, den Absatz der Produktlinien in neuen, profitablen Anwendungsbereichen, Marktsegmenten und geografischen Regionen nachhaltig zu steigern. In enger Abstimmung mit dem internationalen Vertrieb unterstützen Sie durch die Direktbetreuung von Key Accounts und Großprojekten, wobei eine intensive Absprache mit dem regionalen Vertrieb erfolgt. Ihre Verantwortung umfasst die Entwicklung von Produktanwendungen, das Treffen abschließender Entscheidungen zu Margen und Preisen in Kooperation mit dem Regional- und Executive Director Sales. Zusätzlich sind Sie maßgeblich an der Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten beteiligt und tragen dazu bei, die Produktlinien kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Dies beinhaltet die aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktentwicklungsteam, um innovative Lösungen zu schaffen, die den sich ständig wandelnden Anforderungen des Marktes gerecht werden.

IHR PROFIL:

Nach Ihrem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen technischen Studium haben Sie eine beeindruckende Laufbahn im Vertrieb oder Produktmanagement eingeschlagen, vorzugsweise in einem international ausgerichteten Technologieunternehmen oder in einer Matrixumgebung. Sie sind ein anerkannter Experte im Bereich Pumpentechnologie/ Rotating Equipment und verfügen über umfassende Erfahrung auf internationaler Ebene. Mit Ihrer fundierten Fachkenntnis und Ihrem sicheren Auftreten bewegen Sie sich routiniert in globalen Zusammenhängen und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg bei. Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsmanagement sowie in der strategischen Planung zur Maximierung des Werts unter Berücksichtigung von Chancen und Risiken sind erforderlich. Zusätzlich bringen Sie hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil) und schätzen internationale Geschäftsreisen.
