We are looking for a BD Managerwith a proven track record in B2B Sales and Client Management inTech recruitment HRConsultancies.

Whatis expected of you Effectively understandand communicate the Masai Value Proposition to prospective hiringpartners Schedule discussions emailfollowups and create proposals by lead Generation & ColdCallingclose deals to maximize studentoutcomes.

Understand partner businessobjectives and work with crossfunctional teams to deliver maximumimpact for the partner and Masai SchoolTranslate ideas to actionable items that deliver businessresults Work independently to identifypotential new leads (organizations who will hire talent from us atno cost) build lists and do the initialoutreach.

Make sure all information isuptodate and available to key stakeholders.
Learn and experiment with new tools to help drive insights from thedata. Work in close collaboration with theplacement team to maximize student success.
Extensive internet research across job portals and networkingsites
Whatyou will need to bring 1years of experienceworking in Tech recruitment HRConsultancies. A strong understanding oftechnology and recruitment trends Ability toidentify new business opportunities with a drive to convertthem Track record in establishing &maintaining relationships with largeorganizations Passion to work with peopleand work across the organization to drive endresults High standards of excellence andattention to detail Excellent written& verbal communicationskills

Youwill be expected to Think on yourfeet Not be scared of coming up with newideas Learn quicklyBe able to use data gathered from your experiments to drawconclusions.

Work 5 days (Monday Friday)from Office and the 6th day (Saturday) would be work fromhome.

Bonusif you have Prior experience in the techsales organization Experience collaboratingacross teams A desire to level the playingfield A nontraditional story.
