Leverage your expertise in medical devices and strong network of gynecologists to effectively position Janitri's solutions.

Manage and participate in government medical tenders, ensuring successful bids and contract negotiations.

Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, fostering strong relationships with customers throughout the process.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales & marketing campaigns.

Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in sales within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the medical device landscape, specifically in the areas of maternal and child healthcare.

Demonstrated success in securing large deals and managing complex sales cycles in a competitive environment.

Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and motivation.

Extensive network and established relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Experience in navigating government medical tenders and securing contracts.
