We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our vibrant team. As a leading player in the IT sector, we are dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients and expanding our business globally.


Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Experience: 4+ years
Qualification: MBA or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field, with at least 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation

Communication Skills: Proficient English Communication Skills in Reading & Writing required.
Location: Full-time Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.

Remuneration: Competitive Salary Package.
Working days/time: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)



Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and expertise in Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Twago, and Turing.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, both frontend and backend.
  • Ability in bidding, lead generation, and crafting welcome messages.
  • Collaboration with senior management to identify and convert opportunities consistently.
  • Strong grasp of the latest industry trends and global tech developments.
  • Outstanding communication skills focusing on priorities and goal setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
Job Duties/Responsibilities :
  • Discover and cultivate new business prospects through various channels, with emphasis on Upwork.
  • Establish and maintain solid client relationships, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends, competitors, and potential business openings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise effective strategies for business expansion.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
