New business development and revenue generation for Webguruz are the responsibilities of the Sales Executive or Business Development Executive.

The role of the Business Development Executive or a Sales Executive is to focus on finding new clients, ensuring a positive customer experience, and collaborating with the account teams to ensure a smooth transition of accounts into the business.

### Skills & Experience

The essential skills that a Sales Executive or Business Development executive requires are given below:

  • Proven 2 years of experience required as a Business Development executive.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Client Acquisitions on Upwork and other online Marketplaces for IT projects.
### Skills & Responsibilities and Duties

  • Implement the sales & marketing strategy to generate leads
  • Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients
  • Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis
  • Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely followups
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline status
  • Develop the strategy for list building based on researching the target market
  • Coordinate development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team
  • Respond to clients technical queries and followups as needed
  • Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities
  • Project Bidding using Upwork, Toptal, and other bidding portals.
