Business Development Executive

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Business Development Executive.
Job Description:
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Mohali
Responsibilities:
- Must achieve 8-10 new qualified appointments per month
- Provide weekly status reports on progress to management
- Send daily emails to US-based prospects and make corresponding calls
- Assist in scheduling face-to-face meetings for conferences and planned travel
- Complete Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled meetings to prepare the Client Partner
- Conduct research on target accounts using platforms like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Summarize research on target companies and industry opportunities in the MSP space
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B Lead Generation
- 1+ Years of Experience in US sales
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in calling MSP prospects and direct hiring managers
- Strong persuasive skills to schedule meetings
- Organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Self-starter with a drive for success
- Ability to implement sales strategies and maintain client relationships
- Effective communication with Executive Leadership and clients
- Articulate notes clearly and concisely
- Passionate about documenting progress in Salesforce or other CRM
Position Logistics:
Location: Mohali Office
Shift: US PST 9:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. IST
