Job Description:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Mohali

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Must set up at least 8-10 new qualified appointments per month.
  • Must provide weekly status reports on progress to management.
  • Must send daily emails to US based prospects and make calls accordingly.
  • Assist scheduling face to face meetings for conferences and planned travel, as requested by the Client Partner
  • Must complete Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled Meetings to help prep the Client Partner for the client calls.
  • Must do research on target accounts using sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others to come up with names and phone #s of relevant people to call within the target accounts or MSP.
  • Research summaries on target companies and industry happenings/opportunities related to the MSP space.

Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year of experience in B2B (Business to Business) Lead Generation.
  • Must have 1+ Years of Experience in US sales.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presents well in conversation both in person and over the phone
  • Experience calling MSP prospects and or direct hiring managers
  • Strong persuasive skills. Ability to convince prospects to schedule meetings.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience actively calling to US-Based prospective clients and setting up appointments (calls or Face to Face Meetings).
  • Must have 1 year of experience in calling into IT or Professional Services type of prospects, specifically in the IT or Professional Services Industry.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Self-starter who works well independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be someone driven by success and meeting goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies to gain new relationships, and maintain and grow existing ones
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Maxonic Executive Leadership and within the client environment.
  • Must have ability to articulate notes in clear and concise details
  • Ability to clearly articulate discussions and knowledge to their Client Partner.
  • Passionate about documenting progress in Salesforce or other CRM medium.

Position Logistics

Will be located out of Mohali Office

Will be working on US PST Shift 9:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. IST

This is a full-time position.
