Head - Sales - Global Capability Center senior executive involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing operations and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Manages the investment strategy, policy, and portfolio management, involving high level practice. Ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GCC market dynamics and possess strong leadership, sales and operational skills.
Key Management:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients.
Monitors Market trends, competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and optimize operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Manage inventory levels and control operational costs.
Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and operations team.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management - Develop and manage budgets for the sales and operations department.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial goals.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Strategic Planning - Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technology and innovation - Staying current and advanced on technology and digitalization.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on global economic trends, market and conditions and investment opportunities.

- In-depth knowledge of the GCC market and business environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/operations tools.
