Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Sales Manager at CodeLand. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role is based in Bengaluru but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in the software industry or relevant domain
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Telematics or Biomedical Waste Management
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
