Currently, we are in search of a proactive and seasoned Performance Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team.

Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive with ample experience to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take charge of ensuring the success of our clients' online marketing campaigns, focusing on paid media, analytics, and performance enhancement. We are searching for an individual who is data-oriented, outcome-driven, and ready to excel in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.). Fine-tune campaigns to enhance ROI, CAC, and overall performance metrics. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making informed decisions to boost effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting platforms to track, analyze, and present key performance indicators. Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to discover optimal strategies.

Strategy Development:

Create detailed performance marketing strategies customized to clients' business objectives and target audiences. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Client Management:

Act as the main contact for clients, offering regular updates and addressing any concerns. Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Offer strategic advice to clients to aid in accomplishing their marketing goals.

Budget Management:

Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets across different platforms for maximum efficiency. Monitor spending to ensure it aligns with the set budget and provides optimal results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Over 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is advantageous.
