Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Executive.

Candidate is expected to work on a hybrid mode , with atleast 3-4 days work from office and the rest of the days from home.


Office Location :
Baner Road, Pune

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will drive digital campaigns, optimize ROI, and contribute to business growth through data driven strategies.

Digital Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Meta
  • Facebook, Instagram, Google). Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on KPIs. Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Effectively manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI for the clients of Digibeezsy media. Provide regular budget forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven strong experience of atleast - 2 years in performance marketing.
Confident and Proficient in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional Skills:
Certifications in digital marketing platforms (preferred).
Experience with marketing automation and SEO best practices.
