Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and optimization techniques to drive measurable results.

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities :
1.

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth specifically in luxury products.2.

Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.3.

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting and retargeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.4.

Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.5.

Identify trends and insights from data analysis to continuously optimize campaign performance and improve overall marketing effectiveness.6.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop compelling marketing assets and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.7.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search enginealgorithms, and advertising platforms to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.8.

Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing strategies, have experience in good ticket sizes.9.

Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement.10.

Contribute to the development of marketing budgets, forecasts, KPIs, lead generation and manage spending within allocated budgets to achieve desired outcomes.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-based campaigns and lead generation.3. Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-drivendecisions.5. Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.8. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable outcomes and continuousimprovement.9. Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.10. Experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, or other digital marketing disciplines is desirable.11.
