Moove is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Lead to join our team, focusing on Out-of
  • Home (OOH) advertising.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting advertisement sales targets by effectively managing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:
Achieve growth and hit advertisement sales targets by successfully managing and guiding the sales team

Strategic Planning:
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its presence in car advertisements and outdoor advertising

Team Management:
Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs

Reporting:
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team

Market Analysis:
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying fully aware of new products and competitor status

Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience:
Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferably from a media agency, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets

Continuous Learning:
Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences

Communication Skills:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

Sales Expertise:
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure

Industry Knowledge:
Strong business sense and industry expertise in OOH advertising.
