Job Description
Job Title: HR Intern*

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will assist with employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices and contribute to the success of our organization.

*Responsibilities:*
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
3. Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
5. Help administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company guidelines.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
8. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends through research and training opportunities.

Requirements
1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
8. Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
