Job Description

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for banking alliances, aligning with company objectives and market trends. Identify and prioritize potential banking partners based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and mutual benefit. Lead negotiations with banking partners to establish favorable terms, agreements, and joint initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, including senior executives, business leaders, and relationship managers. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technology, marketing, and operations, to drive alignment and execution of partnership initiatives. Drive the development and launch of innovative products, services, and solutions in collaboration with banking partners. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of partnership initiatives and optimize performance. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster new partnership opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in banking alliances, partnership management, or business development in the financial services industry. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with banks or financial institutions. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with external partners and internal teams. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes. Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in the Indian market. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
