Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at F2 Fintech, based in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee all sales operations, devise strategies to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead a dynamic sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales function while contributing to the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business prospects and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present findings to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the fintech sector will be considered a strong advantage.
