Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Supply Chain Finance across key regions. This role involves managing sales territories, building strong client relationships, and driving business development in the fintech space. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SCF sales, with a focus on B2B engagement and corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Management: Drive SCF product sales, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets in your region.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our SCF footprint.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with top-level executives (CFOs, Finance Heads), and manage client relationships from acquisition to closure.
  • Sales Reporting: Track performance, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.


Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, with proven expertise in selling Supply Chain Finance solutions. Experience in fintech, NBFCs, or banks is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
