SUMMARY

Are you an innovative Talent Attraction Partner who enjoys the full recruitment life-cycle of hiring top, game-changing talent? Do you leverage pro-active sourcing skills to attract passive talent as well as active job-seekers? Do you partner with Hiring Managers to educate on talent availability and advise on recruiting strategies? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Attraction Partner to join our enthusiastic team based out of Bangalore campus office

THE ROLE

Build and agree with hiring manager an end to end recruiting plan that includes:
  1. An understanding of the position requirements and the hiring manager's broader team/business
  2. A timeline to deliver the recruiting search
  3. A view of the talent market, talent availability, and who the competitors and target companies should be
  4. A review of the joint inputs and communications that will be required to deliver a successful recruiting experience (i.e. interview teams, use of RCM, feedback, etc.)
Effective stakeholder management and proactive communicationSourcing technology talent through a variety of methods including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping.Screening resumes to determine preliminary matches and conducting phone and/or video conference interviews to qualify candidatesMaking recommendations to hiring managers on candidate shortlist.Ensuring all candidates are entered and moved through the process in the applicant tracking system.Initiating interview scheduling using the applicant tracking system which engages our Recruiting Operations team to schedule the interviewPosting open positions on external internet sites and our internal website.Communicating recruiting status to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition LeadersEnsuring the candidate and customer experience is positive and seamless, ensuring no candidate is left without communicationEngaging other specialist HR teams engaged in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation and onboarding in a timely mannerPartnering with internal cross-matrix stakeholders to:

- Create recruiting strategies to fill positions

- Educate on market conditions

- Brainstorm on ways to attract the best candidates

- Measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

ROLE REQUIREMENT

4-8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in IT or Sales recruitment with a product or services/consulting organizationProven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, across regions and teamsHave a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensivelyInform company's strategic direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.)Have solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing. Knowledge of the technology, consulting or sales talent market and the software/tech industry is essentialEffective communication approaches that include keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, verbally and in written form, and timeliness.Awareness and flair for employer branding campaigns, initiatives etc desirableFluency in both written and spoken English

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
