As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Bangalore office.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications, sourcing candidates through various channels, participating in interviews, and guiding candidates through each step of our recruitment process.Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing the job description, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles, anticipating future hiring needs and proactively engaging with potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, providing timely communication and personalised support.
  • Maintain a strong networking presence within the industry and with universities to help attract candidates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner ideally focused on either India, UK or European markets, recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, with comprehensive knowledge of various job boards.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Based in our Bangalore office, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
