TekWissen is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to play a key role within our sales team, focusing on the IT services and staffing industry.
This position is crucial for driving sales growth and implementing strategic initiatives within the assigned region.The ideal candidate will be tasked with achieving sales targets, cultivating a sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with key clients, including IT Managers, CIOs, and procurement officers.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who has a proven ability to navigate the sales landscape within the IT sector, particularly in the SLED (State, Local, and Education) market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets. Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team sales goals. Foster and maintain robust relationships with key clients, offering solutions and prototypes that cater to their specific requirements. Stay informed about regional market trends and competitor activities, and be ready to adjust strategies accordingly. Utilize data transformation, AI, and CRM technologies to improve sales processes and customer interactions. Provide periodic reports on sales performance and projections to the National VP and the executive team.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within the IT services and staffing industry.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with IT Managers, CIOs, and procurement officers, with a history of delivering tailored IT solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A good understanding of the SLED market and the ability to navigate its specific challenges and opportunities. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
