The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.Key Responsibilities:New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and digital space. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that align with Koffeetech’s services.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform business development strategies.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Koffeetech Communications and identify potential business opportunities.Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
