Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in the IT industry.

They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing them with qualified IT candidates.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with the recruitment team to source and screen candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

QualificationsPrior experience in business development or sales in the IT recruitment industryDeep understanding of the IT industry and the recruitment processStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsBachelor's degree in business or a related field

Salary - Rs per year on top of that we will provide 20% profit share to our BDM , Profit share's estimated range is $40,000 to $80,000
