Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition:
    Identify and target potential clients within various industries to generate new business opportunities.
    Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow the business.
    Conduct market research to understand the needs and trends within the recruitment industry.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    Negotiate and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Networking and Connections:
    Leverage your consulting background and existing network to open doors and create new business opportunities.
    Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and expand your network.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership:
    Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience from acquisition to service delivery.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt and refine business development strategies.
    Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the consulting or recruitment industry.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
