About the Client:
Our client a leading Engineering and R&D (ERD) company
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Initiatives and Strategies : Identify new opportunities within BFSI / Manufacturing / Central / State Govt / PSU sectors by collaborating with business verticals and clients. Develop strategies to leverage these opportunities effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Activities : Execute sales initiatives utilizing various channels such as cold calling, telecalling, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and execute sales strategies and tactics aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Collaboration and Presentation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver presentations and engage in proposal discussions and contract negotiations.
- Industry Insights and Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with client needs.
- Pipeline Management and Target Achievement : Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue, consistently achieving quarterly and yearly business targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in business development within BFSI / Enterprise / Central / State Govt / PSU segments, specializing in system integration services & solutions, digital transformation, Industry 4.0 applications, and cybersecurity, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Profound analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with the capacity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, exhibiting leadership qualities.
