Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead.

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.

The role involves day-to-day sales activities, such as prospecting and closing deals, as well as mentoring and training team members.

The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for customer relationship management and coordinating with other departments.

QualificationsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer dataProven experience in team management and leadershipExcellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationshipsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAchievement-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of the real estate market and property regulationsProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Relevant sales team leader experience and team onboarding experience with a real estate brokerage in the city is a must for this role.
