What we're looking for:


We are looking for a knowledgeable technical and customer centric Netsuite Administrator to run day to day Netsuite administration and projects.

This role will report into the Senior Director of IT at Arcadia with a high accountability to the Accounting team.

This role will be primarily responsible for maintaining Arcadia's Netsuite environment in its entirety, with a focus on creating efficiencies and getting the most out of the system
.



What you'll do:

  • Provide frontline line support with regard to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity
  • Test & deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements to build configurable extensions to meet business needs
  • Manages requests for new features or functionality, and assists with the prioritization of these requests
  • Effectively partner with third parties for resolution of production issues; point of contact for all integration partners
  • Work with other teams on integrating NetSuite's systems with other technologies
  • Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business needs
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
  • Build and execute test case scenarios manage defects/enhancements
  • Cutover activities

  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Create, maintain, and deliver enduser training
  • NetSuite Support Case Management

Must haves:

  • Understand overall internal processes and systems and how they are impacted by NetSuite
  • Create and manage configuration changes to save searches, fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
  • Perform daytoday operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities related to backend system management and frontend user portal
  • Support and help manage the change management and release process for NetSuite
  • Manage and Implement NetSuite related Projects Including; Requirements gathering, Solution recommendations
  • Experience that shows a history of demonstrating and encouraging adaptability, resilience, and diversity across the teams you are a part of
  • Advanced experience designing, configuring, and testing NetSuite (our version), Salesforce, and Workday in an international subsidiary environment
  • Proficiency in integration tools (iPaaS/ETL) such as Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft
  • Advancelevel knowledge of NS SuiteScript, SQL, and XML coding
  • Experience with the following NS modules: ARM, Zone billing, FAM, Multi-Book, Electronic payments
  • Experience with SOX & IT General Control compliance and SOD controls
  • Understanding of consolidated financial statements such as P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash Flows
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills
