Mode: Work from Office Primary Responsibilities: Design, configure, implement and deploy the Professional Services Automation (PSA) application functionality, workflow, business rules and algorithms based on Salesforce and Certinia framework to meet business objectives Work with internal stakeholders to translate their business requirements into a working solution using Certinia suite of products Clearly communicate technical information, concepts and solutions Participate with the implementation of Salesforce and Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) product offerings Troubleshoot end-user application problems as needed Stay updated with current Certinia PSA best practices Provide technical assistance and supervision to other project team members Design the integration of products with various applications like Salesforce, NetSuite and CPQ Collaborate with internal stakeholders primarily with Professional services teams, Project Managers, Finance reports and other integrated application leads Develop workarounds to difficult problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as needed Qualifications: 4 + years Salesforce end-to-end implementation support for medium and/or large sized companies 2+ years of experience with Certinia PSA Salesforce Administrator or Developer I certification Experience with different integrated development environments such as , Visual Studio Code or similar tools Salesforce development experience using Apex Triggers and Classes, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and XML Application integration experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and CPQ Proven technical acumen experience to translate business requirements into functional and technical design Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
